3.Yellow label line: PE gas pipe
PE pipe for gas is the replacement product of traditional steel pipe and PVC gas.
Gas pipe must bear a certain pressure, usually choose high molecular weight, good mechanical properties of PE resin, such as HDPE resin. HDPE resin has low tensile strength, poor pressure resistance, poor rigidity, poor dimensional stability when forming, and difficult connection, it is not suitable as the material of water supply pressure pipe. However, LDPE, especially LLDPE resin, has become a commonly used material for gas pipe because of its high health index. LDPE, LLDPE resin melt viscosity is small, good fluidity, easy processing, so the selection range of its melt index is wide, usually MI between 0.3-3g/10min.
