The electrowelding connection of PE pipe first sets the electrowelding pipe on the top of the pipe, and then uses a special welding machine to energize the electrowelding pipe fittings according to the specified parameters (time, voltage, etc.). The inner surface of the electromelting pipe fitting embedded with an electric heating wire and the outer surface of the tube insertion end are melted, and the pipe and pipe fitting are fused together after cooling. So what should we pay attention to when connecting?
1. Welding connecting equipment and welding fittings should meet the standards. When connecting, the voltage and heating time of the power supply shall comply with the requirements of the welding pipe fitting manufacturer, and the corresponding electrical protection measures shall be provided according to the voltage and current intensity used and the characteristics of the power supply.
2. When PE pipe is cooled for electromelting connection, external force can not be applied to connectors or connectors.
3. The PE pipe connected by electric welding socket should also meet the following requirements:
① The connecting end of the welding socket should be cut vertically, and the dirt on the pipes and accessories should be wiped with clean cotton cloth, and the depth of insertion should be marked, and the skin should be removed randomly.
② Before the welding socket is connected, the two corresponding connectors should be aligned so that the PE pipe is on the same axis.
