1.Maintenance of adhesive interface
Because the gap between the socket is too large or the viscosity of the adhesive is small, the interface leakage should be caused by the leakage of the pipe should be removed from the new bond; If the bonding time is too long to be removed, cut off the pipe and reinstall the pipe.
If the adhesive interface has pores and glue, it can be repaired by gluing. The adhesive with higher viscosity is used when filling the adhesive, or the adhesive with the original adhesive volatilized into a semi-fluid state.
2.Maintenance of pipeline leakage
（1） Repair method: Repair method can be used when slight leakage occurs in the pipeline body. The method is to cut off a small section of the socket, apply adhesive to the leakage position, and take reliable binding measures for the repair part, then pour concrete to cover the whole fixed position.
（2）Install connecting pipe for maintenance: A. If the pipe body is slightly leaking, the leaking pipe section can be sawed off, and the pipe can be connected on any side of the pipe with four 90° or 45° elbows by the method of bonding straight pipe and pipe fitting, and strict fixing measures can be taken. B. Cut out the pipe segment with slight leakage and restore the original pipe by connecting it with one short pipe, two short flanged pipes and an extender.
Handling, transportation and storage of PE water supply pipeline system products
1. The PE pipe and fittings must be safely loaded, unloaded and transported. Throwing, dragging, smashing, rolling, contamination, serious scratches or scratches are strictly prohibited during loading, unloading and transportation.
2. The storage site should be flat and free of sharp objects, and away from heat sources, oil and chemical pollution. The storage should be neat and the height should not exceed 1.5m.
3. Open storage should avoid the sun and rain, should use dark tarpaulin to cover.
